Getting started

Create an agent from Templates or Agent Studio, then follow the setup prompts for business details and booking rules. Sign in and Get started both open your agents workspace.

Bookings and calendars

Agents book against the rules and calendars you configure. If a slot looks wrong, check hours, buffer times, and which services are bookable before assuming a voice issue.

Calls that transfer or miss the point

Transfers often mean the agent needs clearer knowledge or a sharper handoff rule. Review recent conversations, note the caller’s ask, and update the brief or policies. Cozmotec can help apply the change.
