Cozmotec provides managed AI voice agents and related software. Features may evolve; we will not invent capabilities in marketing that the product does not support. Availability is described on Status.
Your content and callers
You are responsible for the accuracy of business knowledge, policies, and booking rules you supply. Callers interact with your agent on your behalf; configure handoffs for situations that need a human.
Accounts and termination
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. You may stop using the product and request account closure through contact support.
